This is the privacy policy page for the blog dedicated to my journey from 5 km each way commuter cyclist to riding a 500 km London to Paris endurance ride in support of Myeloma UK.

In very basic terms I respect your personal information and will only ask you for what information I really need from you. I will look after it in the same way I would want my data looking after, keeping it secure! I will only share it with others where I need their help to deliver my notifications to you. I, Paul Mellor (hereafter referred to as ‘5to500’, ‘I’, ‘me’ or ‘my’) take your privacy very seriously. This privacy policy has been prepared in line with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which promotes fairness and transparency for all individuals in respect of their personal data. These messages are stored for as long as necessary to allow me to provide you with updates to my site or answer any questions you may ask.

    • Law Enforcement and Legal Requirements - I will provide data to law enforcement agencies if issued with a court order to do so.
